Service Disruption Notification – AirVantage Provisioning Service Incident (GNOC-4005)

We have been closely monitoring since the corrective action was taken, and have observed no additional impacts. We are considering this issue resolved at this time.

Corrective action has been taken to resolve this issue. We are currently monitoring to ensure stability. We will consider this resolved if no further impacts are observed during our monitoring period.

Semtech/Sierra Wireless is continuing to experience a provisioning service disruption on the AirVantage (AV) platform. Our engineers continue to actively work with the vendor towards resolution. No ETR is currently available.

Impact:
AirVantage users may experience failures in provisioning transactions and operations. SMS and USSD subscribers may also experience service degradation.
