Sinch's SMS 365 service experienced delays in message delivery affecting mobile terminating (MT), mobile originated (MO), and delivery receipt (DR) messages for customers in both US and Rest of World regions. The incident lasted approximately 4 days, from March 7th to March 11th, 2026, impacting the processing speed of SMS traffic. A fix was implemented and monitored, with the service returning to normal message processing speeds without delays.
