Due to an ongoing outage at AWS. Billing Component and URL Shortening Services are currently impacted across all regions. Impact: Customers may not be able to see updated credit balance and face issues when sending any messages or running campaigns. Our support team closely monitoring the updates from AWS. All the services are now fully restored and platform operations are back to normal.

The issue on the AWS side has been resolved. The URL Shortening service is still not full restored and customers are advised to use full url in their messages.
Our engineering team is working to fully restore the service and ensure normal operations are resumed.

The AWS issue has still not been resolved. Our engineering team has implemented a temporary fix, which will enable sending messages, but the credit balance may still not reflect correctly as the underlying billing component issue is yet to be resolved pending AWS full service restore.
The URL shortening is still not restored; please use the full URL. The URL shortening issue is also pending resolution as it is depending on AWS full service restoration. Customers are advised to use the full URL.

AWS is continuously investigating and resolving the issue on their end. Meanwhile, our engineering team is working on a fix to restore the message-sending functionality.
