The AWS issue has still not been resolved. Our engineering team has implemented a temporary fix, which will enable sending messages, but the credit balance may still not reflect correctly as the underlying billing component issue is yet to be resolved pending AWS full service restore.
The URL shortening is still not restored; please use the full URL. The URL shortening issue is also pending resolution as it is depending on AWS full service restoration. Customers are advised to use the full URL.
AWS is continuously investigating and resolving the issue on their end. Meanwhile, our engineering team is working on a fix to restore the message-sending functionality.
