We are currently experiencing an issue with Instagram posts failing to upload, displaying the error message:
"The media could not be fetched."
The channel team has suggested using JPEG preview URLs for Instagram Reels as a temporary workaround until we identify the exact cause from Meta.

Hi Team,
The issue related to Instagram posts failing to upload with the error message "The media could not be fetched" has been resolved.
According to the channel team, the last occurrence of this error was on 2025-07-28 at 03:49:08 GMT±6:30, and no further failures have been reported since. We have also tested the functionality, and posts are now being published successfully.
We will continue to monitor the situation, but everything appears to be functioning as expected.
