Our service provider informed us that the incident was resolved on their end, and our systems show that all outstanding emails have been delivered. We are sorry for the trouble this has caused.

We have found the root cause for the issue: one of our service providers is currently experiencing degraded performance in their Outgoing SMTP, which is leading to delayed emails. Their team is working on restoring the services, and we’re in close contact with them.
