We have released an update to resolve the issue; drafts should be loading and saving again. We will continue to monitor the systems until we are sure the issue is fully resolved.
Affected feature: Email Draft/Template editing and creating
Some users may be experiencing issues with loading and saving Email Drafts/Templates. It appears to be intermittent and the draft can be loaded after refreshing the page.
