Microsoft has deployed a fix for the authorization issues that were causing send failures for some Outlook users when sending with large attachments. The issue was resolved late last week, and sending functionality has since returned to normal. We appreciate your patience while this was being addressed.

We're seeing a 401 Unauthorized error affecting a small subset of Microsoft users when sending messages with attachments. After a day of investigation, we've determined the impact is limited and are moving to monitoring for the time being. We'll continue to watch the issue closely to ensure it does not escalate.
