Mitigation measures were applied, and we are currently seeing system recover. We will continue to monitor and provide an update as soon as possible.

Mitigation measures are in progress, a subset of customers in the US region may be experiencing call controls degraded performance, and some calls may be rejected or not assigned to agents. We will provide an update as soon as we have more details.
