Team has identified an issue with our Real Time Messaging System and are applying mitigation measures to resolve the issue. We recommend enabling and activating your continuity settings in Workspace Admin (Admin App -- Routing - - Continuity Settings). We will share next update shortly on the resolution and recovery.
