3 months agoTaxJar API started returning rates of 0 starting around 1pm CT. TaxJar support has been emailed but no response. Their status page still shows their API as 'operational' despite multiple reports.

3 months agoI have users reporting taxes are not calculating on their portal. I tried to replicate the issue and it seems to be true and not currently calculating taxes, at least in Florida.

IsDown monitors TaxJar for major outages. A major outage is when TaxJar experiences a critical issue that severely affects one or more services/regions.
