TigerConnect is performing maintenance to our platform infrastructure that will take five days to complete, requiring two-hour windows from July 1st through July 5th, 2024, between the hours of 12:00 AM – 2:00 AM PT each night. This maintenance should have no impact on users or any sort of service degradation. If you do experience any degradation, please contact our support team at (650) 741-3555 for support.
