We are currently experiencing a partial service outage that is causing errors for all customers using our APIs, Dashboard, Widget, and Portal. Batches, and many other operations are intermittently failing. We are investigating and will provide updates as we make progress.

After monitoring, we've confirmed the issues are resolved. Apologies to all effected merchants.

We will share a post-mortem for this incident, and directly follow up with Merchants who must take any actions as a result of the errors.

We have identified the issue and pushed a fix to production which seems to have resolved the errors we were previously seeing.

We are continuing to monitor and perform tests to ensure everything is back to normal.
