We are experiencing a data pipeline failure that is resulting in the impact below:
- B2B service review exports will be missing reviews from March 6th
- B2B service review analytics will be missing data from March 6th
- B2B review Insights will have an incomplete data set from March 6th
- There is NO impact on Service Review replies or TrustScore calculation
- We are working on minimising the time taken for the full data sync. We will add another update once we have an estimated time for resolution.
