No additional timeouts have been seen. This incident was resolved at 14:45 MT when a timeout issue was corrected. Teams will be working with our provider on steps for remediation and prevention of future occurrences.

Our teams have not seen any additional timeouts in the last 35 - 40 minutes. They continue to monitor to ensure the vendor has implemented a resolution to correct this issue.

We will continue to monitor the status and provide regular updates until the situation is verified as resolved.

Our teams have identified a provider that had issues processing transactions and they are working with the provider to monitor that they have implemented a resolution to correct this issue. They have confirmed no TransIT transactions were impacted.

We will continue to monitor the status and provide regular updates until the situation is verified as resolved.
