We have mitigated the problem of increased HTTP 500s on the Calls API. We are seeing improvements in making GET requests to the Programmable Voice Calls API endpoints for completed calls. The engineering team is monitoring the problem to ensure full recovery and will provide another update in 30 minutes or as soon as the information becomes available.

We are currently observing increased HTTP 500s when making GET requests to the Programmable Voice Calls API endpoints for completed calls. Call creation and in-progress calls are not affected. Our engineers are investigating, and we will provide an update in 1 hour or as soon as we have more information.
