We've become aware of a potential issue with Programmable Messaging Product. Some WhatsApp messages are Stuck in Queue Status for a subset of customers using WhatsApp channel. Our engineering team has been alerted and is actively investigating. We will provide an update in 1 hour or as soon as more information becomes available.

Our engineering team has performed a fix that managed to let these messages dequeue in a faster rate to resolve this issue, the stuck WhatsApp messages are dequeued normally now and the queues are clearing up. We will continue to monitor for full system stability. We'll provide another update in 2 hours or as soon as more information becomes available.
