March 2026: Splunk On-Call - Disruption to Custom Paging Policies functionality
Splunk On-Call experienced a major disruption to its Custom Paging Policies functionality that prevented users from receiving critical notifications through their configured custom paging settings. Users were advised to temporarily revert to Primary Paging policies to ensure they continued receiving alerts during the outage. The issue was resolved after 24.1 hours, restoring full functionality to the Custom Paging Policy feature.
