On 22 May 2026, between approximately 17:22 UTC and 18:44 UTC, Vonage Contact Center customers in the United States experienced a significant degradation of voice services. Customers experienced call timeouts, call failures, and difficulty connecting to voice services. Our engineering teams identified the issue and immediately rerouted affected traffic to an alternative data centre to restore service. Full service recovery was confirmed at 18:44 UTC.
All voice services in the NAM region have been fully restored. We are conducting a post-incident review and will share a formal Incident Report once complete.
