We are no longer experiencing errors with AuthPoint authentication pushes via Firebox integrations and this event is now resolved. The AuthPoint Authentication service is operating normally at this time.

A fix has been deployed and we're monitoring to ensure system stability. We'll post our next update in 30 minutes, if not sooner.

We are still working hard to resolve this event. Until we have resolved the issue, a workaround for the issue is using one of two options which will reinitiate the IOT connection allowing for successful authentications.

(1) Disable WatchGuard Cloud, save, re-enable WatchGuard Cloud.

(2) Reboot the Firebox.

We continue to work on issues with AuthPoint pushes not being received when authenticating via a Firebox integrated as a resource in AuthPoint and have identified the issue as impacting a subset of customers.
