Outage Details
A subset of customers are experiencing issues with AuthPoint pushes not being received when authenticating via a Firebox integrated as a resource. We have identified the issue and a fix is in progress. We apologize for the impact this event has caused and we expect this to be resolved within 60 minutes, if not sooner.
Until we have resolved the issue, a workaround for the issue is using one of two options which will reinitiate the IOT connection allowing for successful authentications.
(1) Disable WatchGuard Cloud, save, and re-enable WatchGuard Cloud.
(2) Reboot the Firebox.

We are no longer experiencing errors with AuthPoint authentication pushes via Firebox integrations and this event is now resolved. The AuthPoint Authentication service is operating normally at this time.
We'll post a summary in the details of this event within 24hrs. Again, we apologize for any impact this may have had on you or your customers.
