Incident Report

Engineering is investigating an issue which is causing Webex Control Hub login failure for some Administrators of Orgs hosted in EU region. Issue is exclusive to Orgs with MFA (multi-factor authentication) integration enabled with SSO in Webex Control Hub. As a work around MFA can be disabled. We are working towards restoring the services and apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.

Engineering is investigating an issue which is causing Webex Control Hub login failure for some Administrators of Orgs hosted in EU region. Issue is exclusive to Orgs with MFA (multi-factor authentication) integration enabled with SSO in Webex Control Hub. As a work around MFA can be disabled.
