Engineering is investigating an issue impacting Webex meetings services hosted in Singapore datacenter. Some users may experience degraded audio and video quality in their meeting. Some users may experience brief cascade link delays or failures, creating a split-meeting condition between video endpoints and Webex Meetings clients. Additionally, a small subset of users may experience auto reconnection while services auto failover. This issue is exclusive to users connected to the Singapore datacenter.
