In addition to the previously mentioned impacted regions, it was determined that this issue is affecting Call Queue overflow in all regions. Engineering has identified the issue and is deploying a fix patch to address it. The fix has already been applied to Canada, USA, UK, EUN, and EU regions. The same will be completed for the remaining regions within the next 24 hours. We will provide further updates as they become available.
