Webex Meetings: Users may experience intermittent failures when joining meetings or using in-meeting features

Engineering has completed remediation activities and services are now restored.

We will continue to monitor to ensure service stability.

Upon further investigation engineering identified additional impact to Webex Meeting services hosted in our Singapore and Australia datacenters as well. All hands are on deck currently working on mitigation tactics to restore services.

Engineering is investigating an issue affecting some Webex Meeting services hosted in our Japan datacenter. Impacted users may experience intermittent call join failures when connecting to the Japan datacenter, including from video and SIP endpoints. In addition, some users may encounter intermittent failures or delays when using in-meeting features such as sharing, mute, breakout sessions, etc.

We are working to restore services as quickly as possible and apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.
