Webex Dedicated Instance: Some users in the AMER region may encounter brief service degradation

Engineering has completed remediation activities and all services are now restored.

We will continue to monitor to ensure service stability.

Engineering is investigating an issue impacting some Dedicated Instance customers in the Los Angeles datacenter. Services are expected to fail over and remain functional in the Virginia datacenter. During this time, customers may experience registration failover, call disconnects depending on call flow, voicemail disruptions, publisher node unavailability, and CTI integration issues with third-party devices.

We are working to restore services as quickly as possible and apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.
