Engineering is investigating an issue causing intermittent call join failures for 1:1 video calls. Video users attempting to make 1:1 calls using a SIP connection from their devices may experience failures. This issue is exclusive to devices registered on-premises. We are working to restore the services and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
