Incident Report
Engineering is investigating an issue impacting the availability of Webex Calling CDR reports and Analytics data in Webex Control Hub. Administrators attempting to generate CDR reports or check Analytics data in Webex Control Hub may observe no data. This issue is exclusive to Orgs hosted in the US region; there is no impact on Orgs hosted in the EU region. There is no issue when fetching CDR data using the API.
We are working towards restoring services and apologise for the inconvenience this may cause.
