Engineering is investigating an issue that may cause some users to be unable to access the Cisco Emergency Responder (CER) User page. There is no impact to the 911/Emergency service. We are working towards restoring service and apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.

Engineering has resolved the original page loading issue with the Cisco Emergency Responder User page. However, Engineering has identified additional impacts related to this issue. Certain settings on the Cisco ER Group Settings page within the Cisco Emergency Responder Administration portal were reset to their default values. Unfortunately, the previously customized settings could not be restored.

If you had made any changes to this page in the past, please review and re-apply your customizations as needed. The affected settings include:


SMTP Mail Server / Source Mail ID / System Administrator Mail ID
Calling Party Modification
Dynamic Tracking of Switch IP Address
Discovery Threshold Time
IPv6 Subnet Configurations take precedence over IPv4
HTTPS Certificates
