Engineering is investigating an issue that is causing customers to be unable to access UC applications, including call managers and SME nodes hosted in the Los Angeles data center. The Virginia data center remains available hence there are no impacts to call. Engineering is working on restoring access and we apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause.
