Engineering is investigating an issue that is impacting the availability of the Virtual Agent summary for Webex Contact Center agents in the US region. Webex Contact Center agents are not receiving real time transcripts, suggested responses, and mid/post call summaries. We are working to restore services and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
