v3 - Application and API instabilities

We have not observed any new events since the service stabilization. The application and the v3 API remain fully operational.

At this stage, the incident is considered closed on our side. We are now awaiting the post-mortem from our infrastructure provider, OVH, to better understand the underlying cause of the issue.

As of 12:06 PM (CET), the application and the v3 API are stable and fully operational.

At this stage, the root cause has not yet been clearly identified. Our teams remain fully mobilized, actively monitoring the platform and continuing the investigation to determine the origin of the incident.

Since 11:54 AM, we have been experiencing instabilities affecting our applications and API, resulting in intermittent access to the services.
