Engage - Email Delays

A fix has been implemented and all emails should now be sending in real-time. We are monitoring closely.

We have identified the issue causing the delay in Engage automated emails and are currently working on a fix. All automated emails are queued and will send (at a delay) while the fix is being worked on.

We will continue to post updates until all emails are sending in real-time and this incident has been resolved.

We are aware and investigating delays in automated emails sending from the Engage platform, including emails from Salesflows and Talentflows.

Please know our engineering teams are working hard to resolve these issues and get everything up and running as soon as possible.
