Zscaler is investigating an issue where some systems experienced a crash of the ZDPClassifier.exe component. This has been traced to a dependency on Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2022 (x64) version 14.40.33816 or higher, with impacted systems running version 14.40.33810.  Update - Fri, 20 Jun 2025 22:15:07 UTCTo address this, Zscaler is actively working on an urgent hotfix that will replace the ZDPClassifier.exe component. We are prioritizing this fix to ensure a swift resolution and will provide updates as they become available.
