Zscaler is investigating an issue affecting DLP enforcement when handling password-protected files processed through Exact Data Match (EDM) and Indexed Document Matching (IDM) inspection flows. In this scenario, password-protected files may not be blocked as expected based on the configured policy. Zscaler is working on a permanent fix while a validated workaround is available.For more information, please check the information available in your Zscaler Customer Support Portal (CSP) under the service status.
