Resolved Auth0 login errors | Alert Logic Console
We are aware of an on-going issue with SSO vendor, Auth0, where elevated response times and intermittent errors are experienced. This is affecting those customers attempting a login via SSO. During this time, affected customers will experience intermittent login failures to the Alert Logic Console. We will continue to provide updates as they are received from the vendor.

We have identified an issue in the US-East region where Log based Incidents are intermittently experiencing delays in processing. Please note that although there are some expected delays, all data is being received, ready for processing. Alert Logic Engineering teams are monitoring the processing backlog and this Incident will remain in a monitoring state pending a further update.

We are aware of and investigating an issue affecting UK customers where errors are displaying intermittently when navigating to the IDS Appliances page in the Alert Logic Console.
Resolved Vulnerability Variance Reports
We are currently investigating an issue with Vulnerability Variance Reports showing blank data for Customers in US Regions. The issue has been identified and we are currently working on refreshing data sets for these reports. This is currently expected to complete within 2-3 hours. No reporting data has been lost, and any scheduled reports due to complete during this Incident will be re-sent.
Resolved Alert Logic Support E-mail
We are currently aware of an issue with Microsoft O365, which is affecting e-mail delivery for users in the North America region. We are monitoring for updates from the vendor. During this Incident, customers are advised to contact Alert Logic via phone or the Help Center - details can be found at https://support.alertlogic.com/hc/en-us
Resolved Web App IDS pages in UI unavailable
We are currently aware of an issue affecting customers with Web App IDS appliances. The user console is intermittently serving errors for Appliance management pages. All backend services remain operational and incidents are still generating.
