Resolved Vulnerability Variance Reports
We are currently investigating an issue with Vulnerability Variance Reports showing blank data for Customers in US Regions. The issue has been identified and we are currently working on refreshing data sets for these reports. This is currently expected to complete within 2-3 hours. No reporting data has been lost, and any scheduled reports due to complete during this Incident will be re-sent.
Resolved Alert Logic Support E-mail
We are currently aware of an issue with Microsoft O365, which is affecting e-mail delivery for users in the North America region. We are monitoring for updates from the vendor. Resolved Web App IDS pages in UI unavailable
We are currently aware of an issue affecting customers with Web App IDS appliances. The user console is intermittently serving errors for Appliance management pages. All backend services remain operational and incidents are still generating.

Resolved Log Management | US Regions
We are currently aware of an issue with the Log Management service in US Regions. Customers in these regions will experience delays when interacting with searches and reports in the Alert Logic Console. Log based Incident generation is also currently affected.
Resolved Issue with Search component in Alert Logic Console | All Regions
We have identified an issue with the Search functionality in the Alert Logic Console. Some customers may not be able to interactively run a search during the duration of the incident. Additionally, some scheduled saved searches may be delayed until this is resolved. We are currently executing a fix.
Resolved Saved Views | All Regions
We have identified an issue which is affecting saved views from being downloaded via the Alert Logic Console. This is affecting all regions.
Resolved Dashboards | UK-West
We are aware of an issue in the Alert Logic Console when attempting to navigate to 'Dashboards', inconsistent or missing data is currently being displayed for the last 48 hours. This issue is due to a recent change within the AWS environment and is currently being investigated. As soon as AWS have resolved the issue, all data in the ‘Dashboards’ page will become available again.

Resolved CenturyLink ISP Issues
We are currently aware of an on-going major outage for customers of Centurylink and have noticed a drop in incoming traffic and recommend that our customers fail-over to a alternative internet provider, if possible. Alert Logic services remain available at this time.
