AWS outage affecting US-EAST-1
Due to a major AWS outage in US-East region (https://status.aws.amazon.com/), some of Silver Peak Cloud Services are experiencing minor issues. Note that Silver Peak (now part of Aruba) customers’ Cloud Services are still up and running and no major issues have impacted our customers. On November 15th, 2021 from about 5:35 AM PST to 7:35 AM PST, Silver Peak Cloud Services were not accessible due to an internal DNS outage.The outage was caused by HPE and Silver Peak systems DNS integration due to an operator error. All domain names with *.silverpeak.cloud were affected. The issue was corrected at 7:29 AM PST. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this might have caused.
