One of our vendors, LiveChat, is currently experiencing a partial service outage. This issue may prevent our support team from seeing and responding to all chats submitted through the LiveChat system. We are investigating this issue further with LiveChat. Impacted accounts are based in EMEA with their account configured on our Dublin Servers. AWS Outage Impacting Bridge Availability
Amazon Web Services is currently experiencing what appears to be a large-scale networking issue that has impacted Bridge along with many other companies. We are working with Amazon to diagnose the problem and waiting for updates on their mitigation timeline. We will keep you posted as soon as we have more information.

This means that things you might try to do that run as background jobs (like enrolling users or groups in courses, running CSV imports, sending email messages to users through Bridge) will not happen as quickly as usual and may result in some intermittent errors when using or accessing Bridge.
