Resolved Web Application inaccessible
We’re experiencing issues with accessing Databox app, which started at 4:14 AM EDT (10:14 AM CET). When trying to log in, either the error “403 Forbidden” or “Unknown error” is returned. All our resources are focused on resolving this with the highest priority. We'll share an update soon.
Resolved Sending Scheduled Snapshots temporarily paused
We are currently experiencing technical difficulties with the Scheduled Snapshots feature. All Scheduled Snapshots scheduled after 11:15 EST are temporarily paused and will be sent after this incident is resolved. We are working on identifying the cause of the issue with the highest priority. The expected ETA is a couple of hours.
Resolved RESOLVED: Degraded performance while navigating through the Databox Web App
We have noticed degraded performance when navigating through the Databox Web App (app.databox.com). The issue has been resolved and we continue to monitor the platform. The issue was live from 8:10 AM EST to 8:43 AM EST (33 minutes) and could have been identified by observing loading delays when opening Databoards, navigating between different pages, selecting Data Sources and Metrics, changing Date Ranges. The syncing itself was NOT affected.
