We have been experiencing temporary downtime since 9:30 EDT (15:30 CET). On-demand user interactions in Databox, such as changing Date Ranges, building Custom and Calculated Metrics, and opening the Advanced Settings, are resulting in “There is an issue with retrieving the data” errors. On-demand syncs are also affected. We are investigating the root cause of the issue, and will share an update soon.

Resolved Minor Data syncing delays for HubSpot Data Sources

We have identified an issue with HubSpot CRM and HubSpot Marketing Data Sources, where the Data Source connections cannot be refreshed due to rate limits related to refresh access tokens. The issue can be identified by getting the "Temporary sync delay" error messages for HubSpot CRM and HubSpot Marketing Metrics on the Databoards and Query Builders. We are already working on resolving this and will share an update soon.

Resolved Minor Temporary Databoard and WebApp loading delays

Since 2:56 EDT (8:56 CET) we have been experiencing temporary Databoard loading delays. Other user interactions when navigating the WebApp can also be delayed. The issue can be identified by having Databoards and WebApp pages load indefinitely. We are already working on resolving this and will share an update soon.

Resolved Major Temporary issue with loading the Databox WebApp

We are encountering a temporary loading delay when opening the Databox WebApp accessible at Users can login but will not see any pages loading. We’re already working on resolving the issue and will post an update soon.

Resolved Major Delay with sending push notifications

The push notifications haven't been sent out since 2AM EDT (7AM CET). The missing notifications will be sent with a delay. The data syncing is not affected. We have already identified the cause of the issue, and are working on the resolution.

Databox seems to be up and running. We're updating the status regularly.

You can subscribe for updates on the official status page or create an account in IsDown. We will send you an email, Slack, or Discord in real-time when Databox has issues.
Why IsDown?
We want to keep you updated on the status of the services that impact your company. You get a notification via email, Slack, or Discord when a service you monitor has issues or when maintenances are scheduled.
What happens when I create an account?
You'll have access to a 14-day trial in our Pro plan. You can cancel or delete your account anytime. After 14 days, you'll need to subscribe to continue to use the service.
How can I pay for a subscription?
You can go to the Billing section in your account, and choose one of the plan. We've monthly and yearly options. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Play. We use Stripe for payments.
Can I get a refund?
We'll refund your subscription if you cancel it until ten days after the subscription has started. No questions asked.
You are missing one of the services I use. Can you add it?
Sure thing! Just contact us, and we'll add it ASAP. Some services are more straightforward to add than others, but we're going to work to find the best solution.
