Resolved Resolved: Temporary issue with visualizing data acroos Databox app

Today, between 12.30 pm and 2 pm EDT, we experienced a temporary loading issue with visualizing data across Databox app. The issue has been resolved. The issue could have been identified by seeing the loading bar “Please wait while preparing your data” during that period. Data was synced as expected. The issue affected only the visualization of already synced data. We are working on a post mortem.

Resolved Temporary issue with opening and loading Databoards

We are encountering occasional temporary loading delays when Databoards are being accessed or edited or when Date Ranges are changed on Databoards. The issue can be identified by seeing the loading bar “Please wait preparing your data” on Datablocks for more than a few minutes. Data is being synced as expected. The delays are associated only with loading the visualizations of the synced data. We’re already working on resolving the issue and will post an update soon.

Resolved Web Application inaccessible

The Databox Web Application is inaccessible and when attempting to log in, the error message "Error 500. Internal server error" is shown. We are looking into this with the highest priority.

The delays were associated only with loading the visualizations of the synced data.

Resolved Temporary issue with loading data on Databoards

We are experiencing temporary loading delays when adding new Metrics to Databoards and when changing Date Ranges for Metrics. The issue can be identified by seeing missing data on Databoards, inside Advanced Settings and when using Query Builder. We’re already working on resolving the issue and will post an update soon.

Resolved Data Service temporarily unavailable

We are experiencing temporary downtime. All user interactions in Databox, such as creating Databoards, changing Date Ranges, building Custom Metrics, etc. can result in “Data Service” errors. Syncs can also be delayed. We are working on this with top priority.

Resolved RESOLVED: Syncing delays of up to 6 days for paying accounts with certain custom invoices

We’ve identified an incident where data has not been syncing for certain Paid account for a period of 6 days from May 11th to May 17th. Affected were paying Accounts on Paid plans with invoices that have been manually extended and were scheduled to expire and renew between May 11th and 17th. The billing cycle expired instead of being automatically renewed, which put the account syncing temporarily on hold. This issue has been resolved today and all data for all affected Accounts is now syncing as expected again.

Resolved Syncing delays for HubSpot Marketing and HubSpot CRM Data Sources

We are experiencing syncing delays for HubSpot Marketing and HubSpot CRM Metrics. Syncs are being prioritized for Paying plans, so for accounts on Paid plans, the delays are the shortest - up to an hour. The syncing delays have been present since earlier today. The issue can be identified by seeing outdated data on the Databoards and missing latest data. Temporary solution: The latest data can be synced by changing the Date Range on the Databoard to force a re-sync of the affected Metrics. Our team is working on this and will share an update soon.
