Resolved Major Web Application inaccessible
Databox application has been unavailable since 5:40AM EDT (11:40 CET). The issue can be identified by seeing the Internal Server error message when trying to access the accounts or no data being loaded. Syncing of data is not affected and is executed according to the normal schedule. We are investigating the root cause of the issue, and will share an update soon.
Resolved Minor Temporary data syncing delays
We are experiencing temporary syncing delays. Affected are scheduled syncs, as well as on-demand syncs (such as the Query Builder preview). Syncing delays have been present since June 5, 2AM in EDT (8AM CET). The issue can be identified by seeing outdated data on Databoards or the Query Builder taking longer to gather the data. We are already working on resolving this and will share an update soon.
Resolved Minor Temporary issue with connecting Facebook Pages and Instagram Business Data Sources
We have identified an issue with connecting new and reconnecting existing Facebook Pages and Instagram Business Data Sources where an error is received in the connection and reconnection process indicating there is an issue with getting the data from the service API. The issue may have been present since May 5. Upon further investigation, we found that we are getting a reply from the Facebook API of invalid authorisation, indicating that the user connecting the Data Source has insufficient permissions in Facebook while the user, in fact, has the required permissions in the Data Source. We are in contact with Facebook Support to get this resolved with their help as soon as possible.
