At 7:38 PM we identified an outage with our authentication provider and raised the issue to them. They are working to resolve the issue momentarily.
Resolved Minor Push notifications intermittent failures
We are having intermittent issues with mobile app push notification service due to a problem with our AWS Cloud provider since 10:30AM EST. We are monitoring the situation closely and are waiting on a fix from AWS. Members might not get push notifications in a timely manner or might never received them. The rest of the Dialogue services are operating normally.
A third party system has elevated latency, leading our systems to be unable to succeed any requests to it. This third party system is required by our automated booking system as well as a few other integrations with our care platform. The care team is performing these automated operations manually until the third party system comes back to normal.
