Resolved Zoom integration failing for some users
Some users are unable to import Zoom recordings into Dovetail. While we investigate this issue, you can import your Zoom recordings manually by downloading them from Zoom and uploading them into Dovetail.

Resolved Real-time updates not working
We are aware that some real-time updates are not working (e.g. creating board/tag groups). Real-time editor collaboration is still fully functional.
Resolved User uploaded files in sample projects are failing to load
We have identified an issue with a recent data migration that has caused certain pages within sample projects to fail while loading. We are currently working on a fix.
Resolved Insight reference cards have incorrect mouse interactions
We are aware of an issue with references in insights not having the correct mouse interactions. For example clicking Play on a video in a highlight reference causes the note to open instead of playing the video. We are working on a fix to the issue.
Resolved Error when creating new workspaces
Creation of new workspaces would fail with an `Failed to save [Retry]` error message. Although an error is displayed, a new workspace is actually created. This means that pressing `Retry` will result in multiple workspaces being created. To remove the extra workspaces it's necessary to log into each of the duplicate workspaces, goto workspace settings, and then click Delete. This was caused by an update to how files are copied for the sample projects that populate new workspaces. A temporary fix was applied at 2:25pm to disable sample projects, which restored the ability to create new workspaces.
Resolved Insight public access unavailable
Public access for insights was unavailable. Browsing to the URL of an insight with public access enabled shows a message that says "We couldn't load this insight.".
Resolved Degraded video and transcription processing
Videos and transcriptions are taking longer than usual to process, we've identified the issue and it will be resolved in the next few hours.
