Summary: Portal emails failing to send Issue: Users who sign in using a username/password may not receive their login confirmation emails. This will mean that they are unable to sign into the portal to manage templates. Users who sign into the portal using SSO are unaffected. All imprinting and email processing functions are unaffected. We have identified the cause, and are working with the email service provider to remediate the issue.
