Summary: Portal emails failing to send Issue: Users who sign in using a username/password may not receive their login confirmation emails. This will mean that they are unable to sign into the portal to manage templates. Users who sign into the portal using SSO are unaffected. All imprinting and email processing functions are unaffected. Summary: We have identified an issue with increased message duration through the Exclaimer Cloud Platform. The cause of this issue is a confirmed Microsoft 365 incident: EX252124. Issue: A subset of customers may experience mail delays due to issues with O365 not processing SMTP requests in a timely manner. How can I be notified when Exclaimer is having issues?
You can subscribe for updates on the official status page or create an account in IsDown. We will send you an email, Slack, or Discord in real-time when Exclaimer has issues.
Why IsDown?
We want to keep you updated on the status of the services that impact your company. You get a notification via email, Slack, or Discord when a service you monitor has issues or when maintenances are scheduled.
What happens when I create an account?
You'll have access to a 14-day trial in our Pro plan. You can cancel or delete your account anytime. After 14 days, you'll need to subscribe to continue to use the service.
How can I pay for a subscription?
You can go to the Billing section in your account, and choose one of the plan. We've monthly and yearly options. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Play. We use Stripe for payments.
Can I get a refund?
We'll refund your subscription if you cancel it until ten days after the subscription has started. No questions asked.
You are missing one of the services I use. Can you add it?
Sure thing! Just contact us, and we'll add it ASAP. Some services are more straightforward to add than others, but we're going to work to find the best solution.
