Resolved Intermittent Service Interruption

Impact relies on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for some of its platform services. From 9:50am PST until 10:10am PST GCP encountered a global outage which impacted our tracking and API services. Services were fully restored and have been operating normally since 10:10am PST. We are awaiting root cause analysis from GCP to determine what can be done to prevent future issues. We apologize for the interruption.

The web portal application is experiencing intermittent errors. We are actively working to resolve the issue. Tracking is unaffected.

Impact seems to be up and running. We're updating the status regularly.
I'm having issues with Impact, but the status is OK. What's going on?
There are a few things you can try:
How can I be notified when Impact is having issues?
You can subscribe for updates on the official status page or create an account in IsDown. We will send you an email, Slack, or Discord in real-time when Impact has issues.
Why should I subscribe to IsDown?
We want to keep you updated on the status of the services you care about and impact your company. We'll keep you informed about the incidents that happen. You get a notification via email, Slack, or Discord when a service you monitor has issues or when maintenances are scheduled.
What happens when I create an account?
You'll have access to a 14-day trial in our Pro plan. You can cancel anytime. After 14 days, you'll need to subscribe to an actual plan to continue to use the service.
How can I pay for a subscription?
You can go to the Billing section in your account, and choose one of the plan. We've monthly and yearly options. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Play. We use Stripe for payments.
Can I get a refund?
We'll refund your subscription if you cancel it until ten days after the subscription has started. No questions asked.
You are missing one of the services I use. Can you add it?
Sure thing! Just contact us, and we'll add it ASAP. Some services are more straightforward to add than others, but we're going to work to find the best solution.
