Resolved BankID Norway issues affecting purchase authentication and Klarna App login
We can see a lower conversion rate (at around 60%) in the Klarna App login and purchase authentication in Norway, due to issues at Telenor. An incident at Telenor for BankID on Mobile has been detected. The mobile operator is working to find a solution to the problem.

~80% of consumers in the US are unable to login to the Klarna App or authenticate purchases over SMS. This affects a consumer's ability to log in to the Klarna App and authenticate purchases over SMS. Existing consumers can log in to the Klarna App using email. We are currently investigating the cause of this problem.
Resolved Payment method Pay in Parts in the US has degradation since 01:10 a.m. CEST for less than 1% of the consumers using this payment method.
