Resolved Delays in crediting and chargeback reconciliation

Due to an external partner issue we are currently experiencing delays while processing credits (Cheques; bank transfers and SDD) and chargeback/unpaid transactions (SDD and Cheques). We will update once this is resolved and we are processing the backlog.

We are currently experiencing a major outage with all our services down - Our hosting provider is alerted and working to resolve the issue as soon as possible

we understand that some clients are unable to login their dahsboards our teams are currently working to identify and resolve the issue. We appreciate your patience and we will update you as soon as possible.

we are currently experiencing issues with some API and webkit calls impacting card payments.

We are currently identifying a performance issue on one of our database server. We are currently working on the resolution. Not all partners and environments are affected.

A hotfix deployment went wrong for the API. We immediately did a rollback to the previous working version when we realised it. Not all partners impacted. Sorry for the inconvenience.
