We've noticed technical issues on Meta's side. Both Messenger and Instagram are affected. You might experience problems with message sending and IG Comment Growth Tools. We would recommend to stop all ongoing campaigns until the problem is resolved. Our engineers are already looking into the problem!

At the moment, Instagram Automation doesn't continue after contacts select Quick Replies. The problem is present both on Android and iOS. Our developers are already looking into the issue. As a temporary workaround, we suggest using simple Buttons instead of Quick Replies in your Flows.

Instagram API issue causes Instagram Contacts deletion
Due to an issue on Instagram's side, new Сontacts from Instagram are getting automatically deleted now as the bot tries to send them a message. This issue is already reported to Meta, we recommend subscribing to this report for updates: https://developers.facebook.com/support/bugs/559090092557779 We've just released a temporary fix as a workaround which would keep newly subscribed IG Contacts intact in your ManyChat account, however Instagram messages will not be sent to them until Meta's team fully resolves the issue on their side. More information to follow soon.

Partial Facebook platform outage can be observed.
We’ve spotted a short FB platform outage, and both Messenger and Instagram are affected, we recommend you consider stopping paid campaigns until the issue is resolved. The usual performance was back to normal in less than 10 minutes, but we will continue monitoring the issue and will update you in case.
