Resolved Minor Flow Builder invocations are delayed
We are currently see increased delays on Flow Builder invocations. Flow Builder jobs might take longer than expected to be completed. Our engineers are investigating.
Customers using our Dashboard are experiencing errors viewing and creating Whatsapp channels. Inbox users are experiencing errors retrieving Whatsapp channels and retrieving templates. The issue has been identified and a fix is being rolled out. We will update this incident shortly with an update.
Meta has informed us that some customers may observe in their Meta Whatsapp manager that some active channels went into an unverified state. Our engineering team has confirmed that our Dashboard shows the correct Whatsapp channel status and messaging is working as expected for all of those channels, thus we confirm the issue is isolated to the Meta Whatsapp manager page. From 18th May at 15:37:05 UTC new whatsapp channels may have experienced an issue not receiving status updates and inbound messages. Outbound messages have been delivered to customers. The issue has been identified and our engineering team is currently working on a fix.
We're currently investigating reports of issues with sending messages on Instagram channels in the Conversations API.
