We're aware of problems using the Natterbox CTI and with issues regarding call connectivity, primarily affecting users in Australia. We are investigating the cause of these issues.
We've identified a networking issue with one our Australian data centres that was causing intermittent failures of services and have migrated traffic to an alternate data centre. We'll continue to monitor the situation, however, the issue should be resolved for those affected customers. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
