Resolved Comcast/Xfinity/Cox subscriber issue
Some One users have reported issues with logging into their account while connected to WiFi. We have determined that this is affecting Comcast/Xfinity/Cox internet subscribers who use their advanced security xFi, and is a misconfiguration on Comcast's side. Our team is working with Comcast to get this resolved, and we will update this page when a resolution is found.
Resolved Service Interruption
Some users may receive an error when logging in to the application. Our team is investigating the issue and working to resolve it quickly. Card and other banking operations are not expected to be impacted.
Resolved Digital Wallet Issues
Some users are experiencing issues with cards added to digital wallets. We’re working closely with our service providers to identify and resolve the issue as soon as possible. This does not impact account or other card functionality.
