Resolved Minor Maps not loading for Samsung browser users
A number of users have reported problems accessing maps through the Samsung browser on an Android device, and we are investigating the reason and a fix. This may impact upon maps for all users if we need to reconfigure our systems.
Resolved Minor Missing data on maps
From 1700 onwards, we have been receiving late and missing train describer messages from the Open Data platform. We have reported this to the supplier, CACI. Maps will be showing duplicate trains.
Resolved Minor Industry-wide TRUST data outage
We have not been receiving TRUST messages from 1434. As a result, our timetable pages will be showing inaccurate data. Maps are unaffected.
Resolved Minor Train Movement Feed
We have detected a problem with the train movement feed we receive from Network Rail. No messages have been received since 0208 this morning.
Resolved Minor Real-time information degraded
Engineers have identified high latency on our real-time feeds from the Network Rail Open Data platform. As a result, the real-time components of the website will be showing out-of-date or missing data.
