We noticed that a small number of customers who placed orders between 2:49am and 4:20am UTC never received their order due to an order processing issue. The issue has was rectified and is no longer occurring. Affected customers will be refunded so that they can place their order again, and our Engineers are investigating the cause of this issue so that we can prevent this from happening again. More information to come in the next few hours.

Some orders were not processed successfully due to an issue with a 3rd party service. This has now been resolved and affected customers have been refunded; they can expect to receive the funds back in their accounts within 3-5 working days. We will continue monitoring this over the weekend to ensure no related issues occur.
